I wanted to play along with CAS(E) this Sketch Challenge Blog this week, because I love the look of CAS cards. Its almost two years ago I entered one of my cards into one of their challenge and I received a honorable mention for it. That was my last card posted two years ago. Click Here to see that post. My card is perfect for Valentine's Day. I wanted my little red heart to pop so I used mostly white.
I really liked my card but I wanted to make it a little more interesting so I add a little splash of color in the background and a couple of sequins for a little sparkle.
I quite like how it turned out and my little red heart is still stands out.
I am entering it into CAS(E) this Sketch Challenge #108
What was used:
Cricut/Close To My Heart Artbooking cartridge
Cricut/Close To My Heart Art Philosophy
Darice Chevron Embossing Folder
Stampin' Up Gorgeous Grunge Stamp Set
My Favorite Things/ Die-Namics Sequins Die Set
Tsukineko Brillance Pigment Ink Rocket Red
I hope you enjoy my card. Let me know what you think about it; Did it need the added touches or not?
Thanks for stopping by.
Happy Scrapping
