Hello everyone,
The first term of the design team at Celebrate the Occasion is now coming to an end. So this is my last project for this term. Its has been such an honor to serve with the ladies on the team they have been so supportive of each others craft. I have made some good blog-buddies in the DT and in the bloggers that take part in the fun challenges. Thanks for everything gals and guys!
On to this week's Challenge, Christmas in July theme continues but this week you are asked to make a shape card. I combined two Cricut carts (Smiley Cards and Winter Woodland) for this card, I joined the shadow images I liked on my Gypsy and welded them to form the base of my fun card.
What was used:
Cricut Smiley Cards
Cricut Winter Woodland
Gypsy
Deja Views Fair Isle Christmas Stack
Cardstock: We R Memory Keepers, DCWV, Recollection
My Pink Stamper Winter Punnies Stamp Set
Colorbox Que Fluid Chalk
Remember to stop by and participate in the Challenge. You could be entered in the prize for this month which is a Block Party Cricut cartridge, perfect for those summer pages. Visit Celebrate the Occasion and see the amazing project the DT has to inspire you.
Happy Scrapping!
Judy

Smiley Cards Retirement
Hello everyone,
I made my second retirement card! This one is for the new challenge over at Celebrate the Occasion. I love joining in with DT 1 on my week off. I used Cricut Smiley card on my Gypsy for this one. I came up with the idea and thought I'd give it a try. I hope you like it.
What was used:
Cricut Smiley Card (Cut at 2.25)
Gypsy
DCWV Lemon Flower Stack
Cardstock Mix of DCWV, Recollection and TPC
Sentiments printed from the computer (Murphy Script Font)
Brads from my stash
Green Ink
Here is my first ever retirement card that I made back in March this year. I am sharing it again because it is one of my favorite cards I have made. If you would like to know more about it please click HERE to see the original post.
Visit Celebrate the Occasion see the beautiful projects DT 1 have submitted and link your own creations.

My Pink Stamper's Pinkalicious Blog Hop Challenge (Apr. 2011)
Hello everyone,
Welcome to my new followers. It seems like I have just hit 100 and I am just steadily climbing and it wouldn't happen with you! I love submitting to My Pink Stamper Challenge; this month's theme is Anything Birthday. Robyn does such beautiful work and her pink designer have made really special projects for this month's blog hop.
I wanted to do two hings with this challenge make a cut that I haven't before from my cart and use one of Robyn's stamps. since I only have Punnylicious and the Christmas sets then I guess I had to use Create a Critter to go with it. I chose the little crab because of the 'Crab-u-lous' sentiment I haven't used either before.
I think they worked great together! So here is my card:
What do you think? I could have made it a little bigger tough. I need to get a few more of Robyn's stamps set. I am going to try to get my hands on Fabulous Phrases next!
What was used:
Gypsy
Cricut Smiley Cards: Welded crabs together for the card base (4.20 each crab, 3.95 for each liner then cut off limbs) and call-out (cut to match stamps size)
Cricut Create a Critter: Crabs 2.30 and 1.30 inches
My Pink Stamper Punny-licious Stamp Set
'Happy Birthday' from Michael's $1 bin
Cardstock: Coredinations and Recollection
Patterned Paper: Heidi Grace Sparkle
Fiskars Pop Up Punch - Daisy (2 layers)
Inks
Bling
Stickles
I am also linking this card to Patches of Pink Thursday Link Up
