Hello Everyone,
I hope you have fully recovered from Thanksgiving celebrations and that you have a lovely time with your families and didn't have too much to eat.
This week our theme at Celebrate the Occasion is Thanksgiving and we are challenging you to share a thanksgiving projects but you MUST use three buttons.
The image I used is from our sponsor for this month, Bugaboo Stamps. I used Turkey Give Thanks image.
The idea for this card came from my friend and Stampin' Up enabler, Michelle. She is very creative and I really like this idea and lifted it from her. You can visit her blog HERE and also check out her Stampin' Up Online store HERE.
The card is a twisted card and is quite an interesting shape. I used the base as a portrait shape but if it is used in the landscape format you can use it as a gift card holder. The card started with a 4 1/2 X 11 piece of paper then score the card from one corner to the opposite corner, fold along the score line then fold the card in half.
What was used:
Bugaboo Digi Stamps, Turkey Give Thanks
Copic Markers
Spellbinders Labels 4
Recollections Night and Fall Paper Pad
My Minds Eye Sunshine 6 X 6 Paper Pad
Recollections Cardstock
Ranger/Tim Holtz Spiced Marmalade Distress Ink
Recollections Ribbon
Devine Twine
Buttons from my stash
I really love the shape of this card, I will really have to try it out as a gift card holder for another project. Please stop by CTO and join in with us this week.
Happy Scrapping!
Judy

Its time for another challenge at Fantabulous Cricut Challenge Blog! This week I am very excited to be showcasing a beautiful stamp set from our sponsor Jaded Blossom.
Our challenge to you this week is to create a project using a tooth, the Tooth Fairy or a smile. Join us while we celebrate National Tooth Fairy Day. Remember you must use a Cricut cut on your card to be entered into our challenge. One lucky entrant will win the two stamp sets that some of the FCCB DT used.
The card base is 5 1/2 X 5 1/2
I think the sentiments on this stamp set are just so darling and the images stamped beautifully! I especially like the one I used on my card. The tooth on the flag is also from the stamp set; I first stamped the image, cut it out and then popped it up with pop dots. Here is a full look at this stamp set.

FCCB Challenge #123: Jump In and Cool Off
Hello Everyone,
Its Monday so there is another challenge up at Fantabulous Cricut Challenge Blog! This week I am very excited to be showcasing products from our sponsor Canvas Corp.
This week our Challenge is Jump In and Cool Off! We challenge you to make a project with a water theme (pool, beach, water park, etc.). To make my project I had a choice of the Beach Collection or the Nautical Collection. I chose the Nautical Collection to work with. Here is a look at the papers and other goodies I had to play with.
I received 24 sheets of this gorgeous paper, cork sheet, kraft cards and envelopes, mini canvas flags and hemp rope.
I decided to make a card box set for my project with a Nautical Theme. I was really inspired by the anchors on the paper. I cut my sailboat and the shape card from Just a Note cartridge and the anchors and ship's wheel from Life is a Beach cartridge. I used some of the Canvas Corp paper in my E2 and it cuts beautifully.
I started with a wooden craft box for and painted the inside of the box with a beige paint then covered the outside with the Anchors and Red dots papers. I also added a little anchor to the envelop to coordinate with the box set.
