Celebrate The Occasion Challenge # 30: Tall Card

Hello Everyone,

Its time for a new challenge at Celebrate the Occasion! This week's theme is "Tall Card" your card should be anything birthday but it must have a present on it. I made this card for my cousin (even wrote her name on the tag on the present).
